Architects & Emerging Architects - Looking for a career building opportunity? We need ambitious, hardworking, and highly capable team players with 1-5 years experience and proven technical abilities in design and production / coordination of quality construction documents for major projects. Architectural degree, strong technical skills, and AutoCAD capabilities required.

Project Manager - Registered architects with ten plus years experience directly related to project management . Candidates must be highly organized and articulate with strong knowledge of the design delivery process and sound business judgment. Responsible for client management / business development and project administration, including budgeting, proposal preparation, scheduling, negotiations, etc.

Project Architect - Registered architects with seven plus years of experience in preparing construction and design documents. Proven leadership, oral and written communication skills and the ability to initiate the technical and/or design basis for projects required.

Shelton, CT, Somerset, NJ and NYC:

Senior Mechanical Engineers - Eight to fifteen years of experience in HVAC and/or Plumbing & Fire Protection Systems. Candidates must be customer-oriented, team players interested in working on diverse and challenging projects with a proven expertise, strong communication skills and proficiency in AutoCAD. Engineering degree required; professional registration, fire protection certification preferred, but not required.

Electrical Engineer / Designer - Candidate should possess a BS degree in electrical engineering with three-four years experience, or an AS degree with five years of experience. Lighting, telecommunications, fire alarm, and security systems design experience with institutional/industrial projects preferred. Candidate must be experienced in CAD, NEC, building code, spec. writing and cost estimating. PE license preferred, but not required.

Shelton, CT

Technical Specialist - Seasoned CAD professional with expertise in Autodesk products and programs including Architectural Desktop, Building Systems and Revit, to train, troubleshoot, manage and profice support to professional design staff in multiple offices. The ability to configure and manage AutoDesk and related drafting software and manage support libraries, network resources and company standards is essential. We require strong communication, problem-solving and computer skills including Windows XP, Windows Securities and Access.
