Michael S. Marcinek is Managing Partner and Chief Financial Officer of the firm. Mike is responsible for setting the firm’s strategic direction, financial reporting and strategic financial planning. He received a bachelor of science degree in accounting from the University of Connecticut and his MBA from the University of New Haven. He currently serves on the Boards of the Valley United Way, CBIA, American Red Cross, Junior Achievement, Shelton Economic Development Corporation, Valley Chamber of Commerce, Parent Child Resource Center and the Dan Orlovsky Foundation.
John C. Oliveto, PE is a Principal of the firm, responsible for the management, design and production of all MEP engineering services. His guidance of the engineering staff ensures well-coordinated documents for all of the firm’s practice groups. John is also responsible for business development activities within the firm's New England region. John received his bachelor of science in civil engineering from Manhattan College. He currently serves on the committees for the Bridgeport Regional Business Council, Bridgeport’s Cardinal Sheehan Center, and the CT Building Congress, and is a member of ECHN's BACH organization.
Ray Sevigny, AIA joined the firm in August and has over 34 years of experience as a principal architect and project manager from his company Sevigny Architects in addition to his experience at Yale New Haven Hospital in CT. His expertise includes the development and implementation of multiple healthcare, education, corporate and library projects. He is experienced in the coordination of project Programming, Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documents and Construction Administration
